Qsat V8.1 Powervu / Spycam Software – Fixes Audio Issues

Some couple of days back, qsat released some auto roll software for only mtn worldwide powervu package. The software worked so fine safe for the fact that there was no audio. Qsat engineers have been alerted and the outcome the complain is the new software that has been rolled out today to fix the audio problems for those who have what it takes to track mtn worldwide powervu channels.

WARNING & DISCLAIMER

Software are not to be loaded for the fun of it. unless it is absolutely necessary/ For instance, I am currently on v7.05.04 which is the latest available software for anyone using q11g with avartarcam codes. If i upgrade today, i will immediately lose my unused remaining days of the avatarcam code until at least i downgrade. This couple with the fact that, with every software upgrade, you tend to risk bricking your device. So, why attempt soft-bricking your decoder unnecessarily? Against this backdrop, i will quickly highlight those who can or should not load this new software:

• If you already have a powervu dish installed for mtn worldwide and you do not have any previous powervu auto roll decoder, you should install this software(As long as you have already installed a working spycam code in your decoder or you do not intend to use any qsat code)
• If you do not even know the meaning of powervu or powervu channels, i guess this software is not for you. However you can learn about powervu by searching for the word “powervu” on this site and read every article related to it.
• If you already upgraded to the earlier buggy v8 software and every other thing is working well for you apart from the Audio of your qsat decoder, please upgrade to this version to fix the issue.
• If you have an active avartarcam like me and you want to continue enjoying your acam code until at least it expires, please Do not upgrade to this software.
• If you do not have a big dish to use powervu channels like me or you feel like powervu is currently surplus to your requirements, there is no need to upgrade to this software because it practically add no other value to the decoder apart from mtn worldwide powervu auto roll function.
• If you need any other powervu package like sony package or any other, then this software is not your solution.
• If you think your spycam performance with dst* / canalsat is not good eneough for (of which they are currently doing their best), this software does not add more channels to dst*, neither does it add more stability. And am repeating it once again, dst* is reasonably currently stable on qsat. especially the sports channels and the few african magic channels.
• If you do not know how to reconfigure/ setup your qsat decoder from scratch when it is in factory default, please engage the services of those who can assist you or read this

• FINALLY–As much as this software has been tested by me on my q11g decoder, and by my friend on q23g and q13g and it is reported to have no bug, I am not liable in any form for any damage that you might cause to your device as a result of this software upgrade. Damage might come in any form ranging from power interruption during upgrade to hardware failure or boot-loop. If your decoder is dead as a result of power failure while upgrading, all other things being equal, you have 97% of reviving it by reading my article here. However, if your own decoder has already been showing signs of aging or hardware problems like flickering display, slow booting, rebooting ….. and you still go ahead to load this software, your decoder may completely crash and if you are not in lagos or close to good installers, it may not be repairable. So please load the software only on healthy decoders and avoid power failure during upgrade at all cost.

I have just been informed that this new qsat powervu software(unlike the previous buggy one without audio) does not automatically open powervu channels a kind memeber of this site has therefore tok the pain to provide the following guides to inputting powervu keys manually:
TIPS TO MANUALLY INPUT POWERVU KEY ON QSAT—-> Press menu—-> Navigate to “Settings” press Ok button—-> scroll down to “XCAM” press Ok button—-> Then press Ok button on “PATCH” press Ok button pop up patch menu—-> Then under “CAS TYPE” navigate to powervu—-> Press red button to add or green button to edit—-> scroll down to “key (hex)” type the above key on the same column by adding 00 at the end of the first key then end with 00 at the end of the second key as follows 9865B26277F7AB00FFFA91E97B257000—-> Press blue button to “confirm” the channels will be automatically opening but it fails then here are the suggestions as follows: Invalid or key has been changed by mtn worldwide or the invalid key2. Don’t worry that of speed hd s1 and q15g will be added later when it is released. Let us enjoy dst* on qsat while it last though canalsat is now a kind of constant on qsat. Gone are the days when the server must go off anytime there is a live match. I do not know for how long qsat team will be able to withstand dst* attacks. But so far, so good.
