Instructions:

   Enable USB Debugging by going to Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> 
   Development - Enable USB Debugging.

   Download: CWM_Recovery_KIT.zip
 

Method 1 : Flashing CWM Recovery Using Recovery Manager App:

    unpack CWM_Recovery_KIT.zip Copy the file update.zip and
    N3P3recovery.img to the root of sdcard;

    Now install the recovery manager.apk normally and open it

    Click on recovery in app menu. There click on install recovery
    Select the recovery image named "N3P3recovery.img"

    Let the app install the recovery. after it done a message will show.
                  current recovery : unrecognized ...
    just ignore it.
 
   You have sucessfully Flash cwm recovery on you device

Now Boot to Recovery by Switching Off your Device Then press power button + volume up simultaneously for 15secs.

At first our recovery is in four parts it is divided into two screens each, BUT before u proceed u need to enable back button that must be your first priority when ever you enter Recovery mode.

    To enable back button press vol up vol dwn vol up You will see back
    button enabled.

Now lets fix The Four screen and turn it to a single screen

Navigate to "apply update from sdcard"(vol dwn twice); use power button to select,  Now select yes(vol dwn 7times) use power button to select.

Now your Recovery image will be corrected to one Screen
